Thanks for reaching out to us, we do apologize if we didn't set the proper expectations on how our billing system works.

 

If you just cancelled your services on March 16th and you're seeing a bill for the next month’s date of services,  that means your bill had already came out prior to you cancelling.

 

 A great way to check your billing date is go to detailed billing statement and pull up the PDF file,  at the top of the page it will show you what the billing date is.

 

We can only charge you for the days you had service,  so within two to three weeks of the cancellation date you'll get a final readjusted billing statement that reflects the cancellation and if there is any refund due back to you.
