Canceled Account but account still shows active

I canceled my TV and Internet on March 3, 2022 and returned equipment at an Xfinity Store on March 6, 2022, but still see both as active when I go into my account.  How do I confirm that service has been cancelled and when should I expect to receive my final bill?.

Hi @user_88a193 thank you for visiting our forums regarding your recently cancelled account. Your last bill will be sent out about two weeks after your account is cancelled. You can send us a direct message with your name and address and we can confirm the account is closed and equipment showing returned.

 

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3kajO4e

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
