Cancelation

How do I cancel cable and home service without having someone try and talk me into a plan I don't need or want? All I need is internet since I home school the kids. I don't want a bundle anymore it's not needed.  It's costing more than my car loan and I can't do this anymore. I try and cancel online but it says its not available. I've been trying for 8 months.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
