Cancelation didn't go through

Hello, I received a message saying I have "overdue fees" for xfinity services since January despite calling and canceling all services in January.

Thank you for reaching out to us on our community forums @user_0qtdbl! I know I personally would be concerned if there were overdue fees on an account for services I disconnected months ago.
