Cancel xm radio service immediately

Hi, I need my Xm radio service canceled in my truck.  I do not drive it enough to justify the cost. I've lost vision in my eyes and the only person that uses my truck, is my driver just to keep the tires from getting flat. Other wise we use the drivers car. 

Thank you for this immediate termination. 

Please verify you've received my request and acknowledge the discontinuation of Sirius XM radio service.
