Cancel TV, keep Internet - lower bill
I am not currently in a contract for my current TV and internet service with Comcast. I am currently paying an absurd $210+ monthly for my services. I would like to drop all of my TV services/equipment and keep Internet only service. I see that there is a new customer promotion for 1 GB internet for $50/month with auto pay and paperless billing. I know that Comcast's general stance is to not give existing customers these promotions, but I could easily cancel and have another person in my household sign up. I am looking to avoid this game and I don't want to waste time on the phone getting talked into other services.
Any suggestions / help would be appreciated on getting my services down to internet only for $50/month.

Hello, @roth2338
Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:
1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon
2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)
4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!
