cancel services

I asked for my account to be "suspended" from 01/01/2026 until 04/30/2026 while I would be living in Florida. On 01/01/2026 all my services were disconnected and after spending 7 hours on the phone and visiting the local Xfinity store in Stuart, FL with no success in having the issue fixed, I want to cancel all my Xfinity services and receive a refund of the three payments of $178.01 that were taken from my checking account for NO SERVICES.
