Thank you for reaching out, and I completely understand wanting to get the remaining balance taken care of now that you've moved your lines to another provider.

You can pay your final balance using the Xfinity Mobile Account website or the Xfinity app. Sign in with your Primary Xfinity ID, select the Billing tab or section, tap Make a Payment, choose to pay the full balance, and submit your preferred payment method. Please let us know if you have any issues or additional questions.

Neither the Xfinity mobile website, the Xfinity app, nor the toll free number worked for me. The toll free number was a dead end on every option I tried because my phone number is no longer with Xfinity. The virtual assistant was not helpful. I am a retired Comcast employee and now I understand why we weren’t popular with customers.

The website won’t allow me to pay because my account is no longer active.

I need to contact a real employee who can just charge my credit card on file now. Autopay is supposed to charge me in several weeks but I need this cleared up now

A suggestion: allow one to pay using account number and invoice/ statement instead of phone number. I do it all the time with medical bills

user_cc0a6a We can get a mobile escalations ticket created on our end for further assistance on this.

Click "Sign in" if necessary.

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.

Click the "Start new conversion" (Pencil and paper) icon.

In the  "To:" Line, type "Xfinity Support".

As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An  "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the  "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.

Press Enter to send it.
