Cancel service

I’ve been trying to cancel my service for 2 months now and haven’t been able to do it via your website or app. I want a refund and my service cancelled immediately.

Depending on how your account was created and when it was created you may or may not have an option to cancel your services online or through our website.

 

You would have to reach out to us on one of our many social media platforms such as this one or call the 800 number or even visit a local retail Xfinity store location. https://www.xfinity.com/cancel

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
