Cancel service

I need to cancel my service because I’m moving. I’ve been trying to do so, but your company makes it very difficult.

You can also stop into any store location if needed, so you are not waiting around for us. We can also help get a disconnect request set up for you as well send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account.
