Cancel service

Hi Xfinity, 

I am very disappointed with the service I’ve received so far. I canceled my xfinity service in July yet I received a bill for August. In addition, there was a huge service disruption in July. I don’t understand why I still received a bill for August and this should be illegal. 

Can you please cancel my xfinity service and void the bill for August?
