Cancel plan

To whom it may concern,

I was told multiple times after confirming over and over again that my bill would be 72$ / month. My first bill was $160 and I called to ask why, and was told it was a one time activation fee. My bill the last two months have also been over $120. I would like you to cancel my plan, and I will not be paying my remaining balance as that it not what I agreed to, on your recorded phone line.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
