cancel peacock

I canceled my xifinity service in July. I'm still being billed for peacock, but when I attempt to follow xfinity's instructions, I get nowhere. When I try to log in to my canceled account to cancel peacock, I'm told to chat with customer service. 
If you can't help, the next step is my state's consumer protection agency. And I'm pulling screenshots of all the other folks having the same issue here.

We suggest going here (https://www.peacocktv.com/help/article/cancellation) and signing in to double-check if you have  Peacock Premium Plus, which is an upgraded version of Peacock Premium and it would generate an added cost. If you don't see anything there, please send a Direct Message with your full name and address so that we can investigate further. Here are instructions on how to send a DM in case you need them:

 Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send your message
