If you scheduled a future-dated payment online or through the Xfinity app, you just need to go in to the "Billing" page, click on the payment you need to cancel, and select "Edit Payment". You can find more details and instructions on our support site here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/pay-comcast-bill-online
Please be aware, canceling payments requires a full 24-hour advanced notice, so, for example, if your payment is scheduled for December 31, it must be canceled prior to 11:59 PM on December 29. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
