Cancel Payment Help
i need help cancelling a payment. i just get "agent unavailable" i tried calling that doesnt work. the app/website freezes anytime i try to cancel. absolute worst cutomer service ever.

This does need to be done on your side, but don't worry! We are here to help :) Have you attempted any troubleshooting to get the app/website to work, by chance? For example, it's recommended to clear your cache and cookies if using a web browser on a computer, or to sign out of the app entirely before force-closing, uninstalling, and reinstalling it.
