Cancel NBA league pass

I have repeatedly contacted xfinity customer service to cancel NBA league pass and refund any charges. I have been assured by the representatives that it is taken care of yet no change to my outrageous bill has been made.  I asked to cancel a few days after the subscription was placed and want a full refund.  I also unsubscribed from Midnight Pulp and see I am also being charged for that channel.

Please keep in mind, when removing/adding services, it can take 1-2 billing cycles to be corrected depending on when the changes are made. I'm happy to take a quick look today, to see what has been completed, and go from there with the next best step to removing the services. To begin, can you please send a Direct Message with your name, and service address? 
 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it
