CANCEL MY MOBILE LINE

I am writing here because I have run out of options and need Xfinity to actually resolve my problem.

I need to cancel my Xfinity Mobile line. I no longer use this line, and a new charge is coming up soon for a service I do not use. I have already called customer service multiple times, but I cannot reach a live agent, so my issue never gets resolved. There is also no email contact where I can handle this.

I already canceled my internet plan in person at the store, but the representatives there told me the mobile line could only be canceled by calling customer service — where I get no support at all.

At this point I have no solution, and I am not going to keep calling. I need Xfinity to resolve this urgently: cancel my mobile line and make sure I am not billed again for a service I don't use.

Please confirm the cancellation and stop any upcoming charges
