Cancel My MAX Subscription Immediately
I have been trying and trying to cancel my MAX subscription. It can't be done through my phone. It cannot be done through my computer. It cannot be done through my flex device. No one is ever available to answer my chats through the website. The only reason I can imagine the cancellation is set up this way is to make it hard to cancel at all, or to squeeze just one more month out of customers who can't get it cancelled in time.
It should not be this hard to cancel a subscription.
