CANCEL MY ACCOUNT ALREADY!

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD SHUT OFF MY ACCOUNT AND QUIT CHARGING ME.
As if it wasn't bad enough I only got 30MBPS on a 400MBPS plan you also have to try to scam me by not shutting off my service. Worst internet provider ever.

I know it can be a bit confusing after you requested a disconnection, so I will try to clear up the confusion for you! When you make a package change like disconnecting a few things will occur. A work order for the disconnection will be opened. The last date you will be charged for is the date you request to disconnect. Our system takes up to 2 weeks to complete. This happens to help assist customers who may have a change of disconnection date either delay or cancel. Once completed you will have prorated charges/credits applied to the account. If your billing statement was printed before the changes your MyAccount will reflect a statement balance and not the current balance. I am showing in the previous messages you were provided the same information above if you would like to return to those messages and review. I would be happy to check on the date the work order is estimated to complete, and I may be able to push it through sooner @user_sjq23y
