Cancel Movie Rental

I need to cancel a movie I just accidentally rented: “A Private Life”

@user_6kpj5t Thanks for bringing your concerns to our attention. The best way to cancel is backing out a not watching as this would prevent the charge from hitting your account.

As a friendly reminder you can always add a purchase pin. This prevents unwanted movie/tv show charges on your account without the use of that pin. Here's that link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/x1-parental-controls-turn-puchase-protection-on-off 

I can check your account and verify if those charges were added for A Private Life.
