Cancel MLB Now!

REQUESTED ACTION:

CANCEL MLB AND ONCE COMPLETED, SEND A CONFIRMATION NOTIFICATION.

I am frustrated at your leadership team for making nearly impossible to cancel MLB.

Just now after I put in my request, I then selected the tag Cancel and then the system 'crashed' wiping my info. This so frustrating!!!

I have no issue with support team as you are doing the best you can but your managers and leadership team is setting you and me for failure... typical, collecting the paychecks but providing no value.

Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "Direct Message" icon in the upper right - it looks like a chat bubble
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon just to the right of Conversations
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line - do not use the Employee's name!
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it

To expedite your request, we ask that you please include your name, the account holder name (if different), and the service address
