Cancel Hulu

​I cancelled by tv service and returned my x1 box.  I am still getting billed by Xfinity for Hulu.  How can I cancel this subscription with the x1 box?

You can check your account online to see if you can unsubscribe there. Otherwise, you may need to call directly. You may be able to use that subscription on other devices, but I'm not sure. Being billed through 3rd parties can be confusing. Always best to subscribe directly at their WEB site.

Thanks, @andyross. Let's take a look at your account together to make sure everything was canceled properly. 

 

To send a direct message [private message]:

  •    Click "Sign In" if necessary
  •    Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
  •    Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  •    The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
  •    - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  •    - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  •    Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  •    Press Enter to send it
