Cancel AMC+ subscription

Hello user_71fa3d! Please follow the community guidelines before initiating a private message. Have you tried to cancel AMC+ in My Account app using these directions:

 

1. Sign in to the My Account app on their mobile device using their Xfinity username and password.
2. From the Overview tab, scroll to the right and tap Manage Channels.
   

   
   
   

3. Uncheck the On Demand package(s) from which they’d like to unsubscribe and tap Next: Review.
   

   
   
   

4. Check the box to verify they’re at least 18 years old and agree to the changes to their bill. Click Submit Order to submit the changes.
   

   

You can also perform this using My Account online:

 

My Account Online

1. Sign in to My Account using their Xfinity username and password.
2. Click the Services tab at the top of the page.
   

   
   
   

3. Click Manage TV under Services.
   

   
   
   

4. Click Add / Manage premium channels under Common Solutions.
   

   
   
   

5. Uncheck the On-Demand Package(s) from which they’d like to unsubscribe. Click Next: Review.
   

   
   
   

6. Check the box to verify they're at least 18 years old and agree to the changes to their bill. Click Submit Order to submit the changes.
