Hello, @user_fccee7. Thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums for support, you have contacted the right place for assistance. I definitely understand looking to get a payment cancelled if it was an unintentional payment. 

 

When you log into your account online or through the great Xfinity App, do you see the self-help option of managing or cancelling your payment after clicking on the pending payment?
