Can someone please help
I need to speak with someone who knows how to handle my situation. Have spoken with customer support and get the same answer which is no help. I made two payments that Comcast shows as having been returned. However the payments were not returned and I have my bank statement and current transactions showing it was paid plus I contacted my bank and spoke with them in person to hear that yes, the payment did clear AND WAS NOT RETURNED. Customer service will not even acknowledge that I can prove the payments cleared and paid Comcast. Nor will they tell me how I can get the proof to someone who can help. This is on top of constant outages in my area, credits for outages never received and many other problems. If this doesn’t get fixed and fixed soon I’m done with Comcast. I’d rather do with a service with less options than continue with these things.
