Can no longer pay my bill?

Website, app, over the phone, makes no difference. Says I can't pay and have to go to an Xfinity store. They closed the Xfinity store in my city, and going to another one requires losing pay by taking time off of work, in order to spend hours taking multiple buses. That is not, nor will it ever, be a thing I do. I've had my account for years, and suddenly my money is apparently no good anymore. If I can't pay my bill, then what's the easiest way to cancel my service? The website claims I can cancel, but ultimately funnels right back to a page that says call a number. The chat bot claims I can cancel, but also funnels me back to the same page that says to call to cancel. And calling only gets me useless garbage like "oh rest assured sir, you can just go to the xfinity store to pay". Useless.

Hello dls6982 thank you so much for contributing to our community here on Xfinity Forums and sharing your experience. Various factors can contribute to having an in-store payment requirement, but I can understand that being an inconvenience. We are here to help however possible, and are happy to do so anytime during our operating hours.
