Can I pay my Xfinity cable bill bi-monthly?

I am going to be late on this months payment.  My income has changed, as COVID-19 is still causing me to not have stable hours at a job where I used to be full time (pre-COVID-19).  The site says that I am not eligible for a payment arrangement.  What are my options?  Is there the chance to miss this month and just pay two months, plus a late fee next month?
