Can I get a pdf of a my bill

I need proof of a bill in my name but my account was on paperless...I jus changed it back how long B4 i get this paper Bill in mail

Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us regarding your billing statement, You can actually print a copy of your billing statement at any time from the my account app or website. I have listed the steps to do so below.

Sign in to My Account with a primary user account or a manager.

From the Overview tab, select View Bill Details (PDF) to open your most recent bill.

You can also view your most recent bill by going to the Billing tab on My Account and selecting View Bill Details

This solution does not work.  There is NO OPTION on the Overview tab to view bill details.  When you go to billing... you can see your current and past bills but there is no option for VIEW PDF.  You don't even EMAIL them any longer.  This needs to be resolved.  It is asinine to not have a PDF of the bill available in ONE CLICK let alone just taking it completely away.

Hello, @user_2128fe. I apologize that you are not seeing the PDF versions of your statements. We have not taken that away nor do we have plans to do that. This link shows another way to find the PDF versions of your statements, View Your Xfinity Bill Online. Can you please check out the link and let me know if you are able to access the PDF statements?

Hi, I'm also having this same issue. IT'S REMOVED WITH XFINITY WEBSITE DESIGN. Where did the billing statements go? I'm showing the billing PDF as an expense while doing taxes. Are y'all out of your mind by removing the most used feature with this ugly website redesign and breaking things for no reason?
