Can I get a cheaper plan?

I tried to do this through the app about a dozen times but I’m just more confused. 

am I able to get a cheaper plan? I don’t even know what plan I have right now but I cant figure out how to downgrade to a cheaper plan

To send a "Direct Message" message:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

It would be great to get an answer like, "Go to this page, select the features/speed you want to remove, click OK."

Hello user_h9s281 you are able to review your service plan and make eligible changes anytime by using our Xfinity Plan Builder. The sit is very intuitive and generally has some great plan options.
