Can I cancel my service if I still have a balance?

Hello, am I able to cancel my service and pay my balance at a different time so I don’t continue to get charged for services?

If you're looking to cancel, you can do so at anytime regardless of a balance on the account. Please send a Direct Message with your full name and address to further assist.

 

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
