Can I agree to a new 2 year Xfinity contract to get my xfinity bill reduced?

I need help -my 2 year contract just ended in June, 2024 and my bill went up by more than i can afford since i am on a fixed income.

Question - If i agree to a new 2 year contract can my xfinity bill be reduced by at least 15% From $200 to about $170, with no loss of tv channels (~185 channels), minimum internet speed of 800Mbps and the rental of 2 xfinity cable boxes at $10 each. I've talked to xfinity customer service by phone but they could not help nor could they answer questions about whether an option of a new 2 year contract still exists.
