Can discounts be renewed?
We had $50+ discounts. A $25 discount remains, but the bill does not state when it will expire. We have the TriplePlay package. Our newest bill is now $260. Can discounts be renewed? Also, we just had a service call where a contracted tech had to come out and bury a new cable from the pole to our house as well as replace the broken connection box. He told me to leave while he was working, did not remove the old buried ca ble, and did not replace the box. He zip tied it together and did not put a security tag on it.
