Can confirm the Website's Billing page still does not work and throws a 'A rendering error occurred: Invalid time value.' error

See subject line.  It's been at least 3 months for me.  The suggestion to clear cache or use Incognito Mode does not fix it.  This is simple dev work.  Insane that Comcast / Xfinity can't fix this.
