Can anoyone get a hold on XfinityAirelle? They are the ONLY person who can solve my issue.

I've been working with xfinity support for DAYS now, absolutely ridiculous. I have done everything, the issue is on the BACKEND. It is a glitch with your system. I need someone to fix it. XfinityAirelle has solved this exact issue before.
