Can a second name appear on the bill for an existing account member?

I want my father-in-law's name added as a secondary name on my Xfinity bill. He's already listed as a member on my account.

I spoke with support and was told this is all set, but I'd like to confirm before I rely on it. Two questions:

1. Does Xfinity actually support a second name printed on the bill, or is that separate from account member status?
2. If it is supported, how can I verify it's set up correctly on my end?

Thanks in advance.

user_oqzncg We can help you get that added today, but we will need to obtain your account details in the process.

Click "Sign in" if necessary.

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.

Click the "Start new conversion" (Pencil and paper) icon.

In the  "To:" Line, type "Xfinity Support".

As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An  "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the  "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.

Press Enter to send it.
