Calls being rerouted to non Xfinity employees
I was contacting customer service to get information on my monthly bill when the so called agent could not provide me with any information except for what he could see on the app and bill I asked my service start date and three times he gave me three different dates then said o I assumed based off looking at your bill I worked for Xfinity over a year when you access any account it has notes and start date of service so there is no reason you can’t provide this information
