California cancel service online

As a California resident, AB 2863 entitles me by law to be able to cancel a service fully online with no obstructions. This cancellation option does not exist online and instead I am always routed to schedule a callback which is only ever available a week from now. This is in violation of my California rights and has been reported to the CA attorney general’s office. If I am unable to cancel my service in a reasonable measure I will be forced to respond with stronger legal methods…
