Cable/Fiber Line Relocation

I have tried for 3 months to get someone from Comcast to look at moving a line.

kub (local utility) is ready to relocate their pole but I cannot get a quote from Comcast.

there are also existing poles that could be used.

inhave had a technician show up and he said “I can install cable but you need Comcast construction for this” and then I never got a call.

I need this done asap

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
