Cable TV plans are unreasonably priced

I have a promo that ends this month.  So I'll increase from 224 to 257. I asked about the basic 10 channel plan and I currently have 125+. I was told that would only save me $14. I plan on canceling cable and using streaming, but keeping internet until I can switch to another internet.  Customer service has been really bad too. I'm disappointed.  I've been a comcast member forever.
