Bundled Plan - need breakdown of charges

I have a bundled plan that includes internet, voice, and tv. I am eligible to submit for reimbursement to my employer for my internet charges. I need to confirm what my monthly internet charge is so I can submit that for reimbursement. They won't reimburse my tv and phone charges.

Comcast doesn't provide the prices of the components of a service bundle. They take the position that it's up to you to determine that breakdown. See https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/employer-reimbursement for their policy and an example that may help.

Hi sefmms, the information that (BruceW) shared is correct. We don't provide a break down of your bundle in terms of how much each item costs. In my experience with this concern provided by others we simply bundled their TV and home phone services then added internet a la carte so that the charge can be separate from the bundle. You can also try and work out the math yourself based off the total amount due divided by the services you have. Let me know if there's anything else that I can assist you with, we're happy to help 🙂
