Bundle rates

As a customer of 15 years why do new customers always get the better rates than loyal existing customers? It’s getting tiresome. You need to figure out how to keep loyal customers. At least now there are more options than dish TV.

Hello @Popeye13, I can definitely understand your disappointment when it comes to promotional rates for new customers. We always want to offer new customers promotions so they can see how they like our services, similar to how you would have received a specific promotional rate when you had first signed up. With that said, we do always offer promotions for our existing customers as well, and we're always rolling out new offers so I would be happy to look over some options for you and we can find something that would work for your needs.
