Bundle discount never applied

In Dec 2023 I was told that if I take bundle package and activate unlimited plan, I will get $45 per month discount for 2r months.  It's 6 months and I called 4 times. Ticket is raised but no discount applied yet. I spent hours on phone and on chat. Last ticket raised on May 21 [Edit: Personal Information]. Today July 6th I am chatting with xfinity mobile service agent transfer to internet department. Internet department transfer back to mobile service. It seems no one want to take responsibility amd address this issue.

Promotion was $45 discount every month for 24 months on internet bill because of activating new number with unlimited plan.
