Bulk help restoring service
I had an issue last year and my bank closed my account without warning and it caused some bills to get past due resulting in my service being disconnected. I have tried to call several times and one time I waited for hours only for someone to pick up the phone and hang up, I assume by accident or I hope it was. It's been a year or just under a year and I still have no service despite paying for cable and Internet through my apartments I live in. I had upgraded internet and some extra services that had got behind due to the bank issues. I have now paid for Comcast cable and internet $80 a month without service and it more than covers my past due balance . I need to speak with someone about this
