Bulk contract
Dear Comcast Bulk Services Team,
I am a homeowner at Lago West Homeowners Association in Plantation, Florida. Our community receives Comcast services under a bulk service agreement managed by the HOA.
The HOA has not provided homeowners with a copy of the contract, and I would like to confirm the following information directly with Comcast:
1. Confirmation that a bulk service agreement exists for Lago West HOA.
2. The start date, renewal date, and term length of the current agreement.
3. The services included (e.g., cable, internet, or both) and the total monthly amount Comcast bills the HOA.
4. The name and contact information of the Comcast account manager or representative assigned to Lago West HOA.
I understand that Comcast may not be able to release the full contract, but a summary or verification letter of the above details would be greatly appreciated.
