Hello, @MJS72 thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. You've contacted the right place for assistance, looking over our refund document I don't see any mention of special handling of bulk accounts. I'd like to investigate the refund concern further, since I'll need to gather some information we don't want here in our public conversation.
