Broken Website is terrible

Cannot go to update payments because the website gives an error and takes forever to load. i try to do it on the app and it links to the broken website. i try to talk to the support and just get the worlds worst LLM that only links to the broken website. its ridiculous.

Hey there ghostdude00 👋 I know how important it is to be able to make payments with a preferred payment method, so I'm glad you dropped by for us to help! To start, have you already tried deleting the Xfinity app entirely to see if that changes anything for you after redownloading?
