Broken call back

I am trying to schedule a call back to cancel my Xfinity services, but get an error when trying to schedule a callback that says: "We're having some trouble scheduling your callback". I haven't been able to get in contact with a human to help me cancel my Internet service. Please help!

Abbeyr795, thank you for your feedback, and for reporting the error message you're receiving when scheduling a callback. Have you tried clearing cache and cookies on your device, or, trying from another device? In addition to scheduling a callback, you can

contact us a few different ways. And of course, our Digital Care Team is here to help and can assist with all things Xfinity right here. If you could please send a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”, I'd be happy to assist. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.
 
Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
