Bogus Unused Equipment Fee
A few months ago I began receiving text messages to “return unused equipment.” Having just reviewed my billing statements, I see that I am being charged a $15 monthly fee for “unused voice equipment.” Having been with Xfinity less than a year, I have no unused equipment, have never requested “voice equipment,” and my account shows that all my equipment is in use.
i am requesting:
1. immediate removal of the “unused equipment” fee from current and future bills.
2. A full refund of all previously-billed “unused equipment” fees.

I am very sorry to hear about the experience with the unreturned equipment charges you are seeing the on the billing statement. There are many factors that can cause the fee like upgrading your device, or swapping on the modem as the Xfinity Internet/Xfinity Voice modem rental fee are the same. As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
