bill/statement loading issue

"View Bill and Transaction History" can't be loaded,  error message shows -

"A rendering error occurred: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'isCombinedState')."

Tried on Chrome and Microsoft Edge, same result.  Seeking help/hint to view the bill/statement. thanks

Good afternoon user_3t1ca7. Have you already attempted to clear cookies and cache browsing history? Is this happening on multiple devices, or just one? If you are able to attempt on the App too, just to let us know if the same issue occurs.

I have been having the same issue for a few weeks all on multiple computers and the app.   Comcast please fix this soon.   Cannot access account at all

Just to clarify, are you still able to log in and access all the areas of your account except for the "View Bill and Transaction History" page, or are you unable to access your account at all? Are you getting the same error message as the one mentioned above when you try to access your billing statements?
