I recently paid my Xfinity bill for the period of 10/16/20 - 11/15/20 - I checked and my credit union account shows these checked were cashed

 

Now I see I owe a balance of $XX.XX.

 

I have never received a bill through the mail as per usual since the one I paid previously referred to.

 

What period of time does this balance of $XX.XX cover?  In particular, what period of time does the amount past due of $XX.XX cover?  It would seem that was covered in my previous payment.

 

What period of time does the billing amount of $XX.XX cover?
